Conférence / séminaire

Lundi 4 Mai 2015

10.00-14.00

Chambre de Commerce

The Chamber of Commerce of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in close cooperation with the Embassy of Luxembourg in the United Arab Emirates and the Arab-Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce will organise a seminar on Arab Gulf GCC countries on Monday 4th of May 2015. The main purpose of this seminar is to let you discover the potential of this region in view of a multi-sectoral trade mission in 2016, with a focus on ecotechnologies, biohealth, logistics, construction and ICT.

The Arab Gulf countries have a huge potential and invested in their countries' future. Companies worldwide are benefiting from this recovery. Engineering and medical equipment are in high demand. Investments are earmarked for infrastructure, telecommunications, major construction projects, logistics and the service sector.

Conditions sound attractive, but an incorrect contract and a wrong partner choice can quickly lead to sobering results. Successful engagements require not only knowledge of the current legal matters in these markets, but also about cultural peculiarities and differences in mentality.

Our experts provide valuable practical advice based on examples. In addition to the issue of the commercial agent they focus on the establishment of branch offices and companies, especially in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Interested companies are kindly requested to duly complete the attached registration form and return it to e-mail: middleeast@cc.lu, no later than April 30, 2015. For further information about this upcoming event, feel free to contact Mrs. Edith Stein (Tel: 42 39 39-482).
