Russian Region Day: Nizhny Novgorod

The Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to announce that H.E. Valery Shantsev, Governor of the Region of Nizhny Novgorod will visit Luxembourg on April 3-4, 2014. On the occasion of this visit, a round table gathering representatives of companies of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and of Luxembourg will be organised (see draft program in appendix).

The main objective of this round table is to discuss business opportunities between this Russian region and Luxembourg as well as the latest business developments. Companies will have the possibility to briefly present their own activities. A networking lunch will follow the round table.

At the Chamber of Commerce premises

Two Vice-Governors, three ministers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (the Minister for Small Business, Consumer Market & Services support & Development; the Minister of Investment Policy; and the Minister of Culture) and the Director of the Department of External Affairs of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Government will also be part of the delegation.

The Business delegation includes representatives of 2 large Russian companies: Gaz Group (www.gaz.ru) and Vyksa Steel Works (www.???-???.??/en) as well as representatives of several Russian SMEs active in the manufacturing of perforated metal sheets (www.perfocom.ru), metal treatment and tools for woodworking (www.kelter.ru), profiles from Inox steel (www.legionsteel.ru), mass wood furniture (www.goldenhohloma.com), production of tube elektro heaters and innovative projects (www.ano-mia.info ; www.itechnopark.ru) .
