Marc Bauer serves as Head of Customs, Trade Facilitation and Export Controls at the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). He advises companies on customs, trade policy, export controls, sanctions, and origin matters, leads CBAM advisory activities, and represents industry interests before German and EU authorities. He is a member of the DIHK Rules of Origin Commission, the ICC Global Customs and Trade Facilitation Commission, and the DG TAXUD Trade Contact Group representing Eurochambres.
