On 2nd October, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, through its Luxembourg Arbitration Center, had the pleasure of hosting the 2025 edition of the Luxembourg Arbitration Day, organized by the Luxembourg Arbitration Association. The topics discussed – from the impact of insolvency on arbitration, to the strategic use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and the role of arbitration in fund-related disputes – reflect the challenges practitioners face, and the innovative solutions we continue to develop together.
