Luxembourg space startup ClearSpace has announced a test mission to demonstrate its technologies in orbit in 2027.
PRELUDE is a joint-European Space Agency (ESA) mission in which two small spacecraft will work together, using tracking and navigation systems, sensors and cameras, to move freely in space.
The technology is designed to pave the way for future in-space services like extending, removing or repairing satellites, important steps for reducing space debris.
