Data Act published to the Official Journal of the European Union

The Data Act has been published to the Official Journal of the European Union on 22 December 2023. 

The text enters into force 20 days after publication, i.e. 11 January 2024 and will become applicable 20 months after, i.e. 12 September 2025.
