The theme of this universal exhibition is “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”. The Exhibition brings 145 national pavilions together on an area of 1.1 million square meters for 6 months. The visitors will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the complex world of food, the problem of malnutrition in parts of the world, as well as issues related to GMOs.
The Chamber of Commerce will host a tour of the exhibition on May 19 and 20, 2015 and is also pleased to invite Luxembourg companies to an official reception in presence of H.E. Mr Etienne Schneider, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy, held on Tuesday evening at Villa Lario in Mandello del Lario on Lake Como. Two business hotels near the Villa are proposed in the Appendix. The Chamber of Commerce will organise the transfers from these hotels to the Expo site.
