The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, in close collaboration with the Ministry of the Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Luxembourg Embassy to Japan and the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office in Tokyo will be organising a multi-sectoral mission to Japan. The mission will be led by H.E. Mr. Etienne Schneider, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy, H.E. Mr. Pierre Gramegna, Minister of Finance, H.E. Mrs. Francine Closener, Secretary of State of the Economy and will take place from November 26 to December 1, 2017.
Sector specific programmes will be organised in the fields of: Audiovisual production (animation), Automotive/ICT, Logistics, Space, Sustainable finance and Tourism (subject to confirmation). Pre-arranged individual business meetings with Japanese companies will be organised as well as an economic seminar. The official invitation letter as well as a detailed programme will soon be available.
In order to prepare the participation to this multi-sectoral mission, the Chamber of Commerce of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg will be organising a country seminar, in its premises in Kirchberg on Thursday 21st of September.
Companies interested in knowing more about Japan but which do not intend to participate in the mission are also welcome to the country seminar.
