The draft bill regulating opening hours in the retail and craft sectors, and in particular working on Sundays, already adopted by the cabinet on 18 December 2024, will now be presented to the Chamber of Deputies by labour minister Georges Mischo (CSV) this week. This should clarify the situation, which is currently based on numerous exceptions and derogations.
