Nexus 2026: global innovation can already save the date!

Go International

On June 10 and 11, 2026, Luxembourg City will host the third edition of Nexus Luxembourg, the European event where artificial intelligence, finance and technology come together. In two editions, the event has put the country in the top league of innovation events.

In just three years, Nexus Luxembourg has established itself as one of Europe’s most unique tech events. No gigantism, no noisy marketing: here, substance is preferred to bluster, human encounters to special effects. In 2025, the gamble was already won: 8,452 participants from 57 countries, 659 speakers and nearly 17,000 connections via the official app. In 2026, Nexus intends to do even better—and above all, to hit even harder.

Under the banner “Accelerating AI & Tech for a Better Tomorrow", the two-day conference will bring together the worlds of technology, business and politics around a common ambition: to make Luxembourg a European hub for innovation and artificial intelligence.

Organised with the support of the Government, the City of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Luxinnovation, Nexus 2026 promises a concentration of energy and vision.

250 start-ups aiming for the world tittle

In the Start-up Demo Arena, 250 international start-ups will have three minutes each to convince a panel of investors. The aim is to win the title of “Nexus Luxembourg 2026 — Start-up of the Year” and a prize of 100,000 euros (including 25,000 euros in cash). As for the 175 keynotes and panels, they will take place on four stages and a Solutions Arena, covering ten themes—from fintech to space tech, including green tech and cybersecurity. “Nexus has become a real Luxembourg success story,” congratulates Luc Frieden, Prime Minister, hailing an event that “reflects the country’s strength in innovation and digital sovereignty”. “Nexus reflects the spirit of our city: open, connected and forward-looking,” agrees Lydie Polfer, mayor of the capital.

Two days of intensive networking

The Pub Crawl on 9 June will kick off the festivities, before two days of intensive networking, a Matchmaking Zone powered by the Chamber of Commerce, and the Closing Seated Dinner on 11 June, bringing together 1,000 guests. Between the Fit 4 Start Graduations, the AI Excellence Awards and the Women in Finance & Technology programme, the summit is banking on diversity and talent.

With its political stability, innovation ecosystem and attractiveness for talent, Luxembourg is establishing itself as a European laboratory for progress. Carlo Thelen, Director General of the Chamber of Commerce, sums up: “As a Premium Institutional Partner, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce is proud to continue its support for Nexus Luxembourg, an event that brings together global pioneers in technology and innovation. We are confident that Nexus will further elevate Luxembourg’s position as a strategic hub for digital transformation, while amplifying our leadership in artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.

The 2026 programme promises to be packed with 10 themes at the heart of innovation: fintech & digital finance, cybersecurity, data space tech, green & climate tech, health & biotech, smart mobility & autonomous driving, industry 4.0 & robotics, govtech & digital society.

On the programme:

  • Pub Crawl (9 June): badge pickup and informal meetings in the capital’s bars.

  • Fit 4 Start Graduation Ceremony (10 June): 15 start-ups selected from over 400 applications from 70 countries.

  • Exhibitors’ Cocktail (10 June): the event will close the first day, followed by a series of private parties open by application.

  • Luxembourg AI Excellence Awards (11 June): organised by Fedil, Luxinnovation and the Chamber of Commerce, to reward the most impactful AI solutions.

At the same time, during the two days of the event, participants will be able to arrange their meetings via the Matchmaking Zone, a business meeting platform powered by the Chamber of Commerce. The Exhibition Zone, redesigned by architect Philippe Nathan, will for its part offer an immersive trail bringing together nearly 100 exhibitors: companies, European institutions, research centres and regulatory players.

Finally, thanks to a sponsored student ticket programme, young talent from all over the world will be discovering Luxembourg companies on 12 June.
