Call for evidence on the digital omnibus

The European Commission has opened a call for evidence on the Digital Omnibus, which is part of its broader Digital Package on Simplification. The objective is to reduce unnecessary administrative burdens for businesses, while ensuring rules remain clear, consistent and effective across the European Union.   

The Digital Omnibus is part of the European Commission’s strategy to stress-test and simplify the European Union’s digital framework, paving the way for the forthcoming Digital Fitness Check, which will further assess the coherence and impact of the digital acquis on business activities.   

Have your say! The Commission invites all stakeholders – companies, experts, civil society and public authorities – to share their views and experience.
