One in five jobseekers in Luxembourg is aged under 30, with the rate of registered unemployed under-25s rising significantly over the last two decades.
Figures from employment agency Adem show that around 20% of all jobseekers are currently under 30 years old, while in 1991 the unemployment rate among under-25s was just 2.6%.
