The House of Sustainability is delighted to invite you to our next ‘Business and Human Rights’ event, which will focus on the theme ‘Strengthening Human Rights Due Diligence: Updates from 3 Luxembourg Experts’. The event will take place on 19 May 2026 from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm at the Chamber of Commerce.

The event will feature contributions from key institutions active in the fields of human rights and responsible business conduct in Luxembourg.

Basak Baglayan from the OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct of Luxembourg (LuxNCP) will present practical case examples of human rights-related complaints and their implications for companies, alongside an overview of the LuxNCP’s mandate and the OECD Guidelines, including relevant sector-specific resources.

Max Mousel from the Commission Consultative des Droits de l’Homme (CCDH) will introduce the role of the CCDH and present the main findings of its Fifth Report on Human Trafficking in Luxembourg.

The programme will conclude with Vincent Tavakelian from the INDR who will present the ESR label and its role in supporting corporate sustainability practices.
