In ten years, the Idea Foundation has come up with a whole host of ideas. But have they all found their target? For Vincent Hein, the foundation’s director, the impact the think thank has had is real, but difficult to quantify. One of the foundation’s greatest achievements was to make 9 May--Europe Day--a public holiday. It was an in-house idea translated into law.
