The Luxembourg Arbitration Center (LAC) is pleased to publish its 2025 Annual Report, providing an overview of proceedings administered during the year.
The figures confirm the international dimension of LAC proceedings, with 83% involving at least one party located outside Luxembourg. They also show a significant increase in the amounts in dispute, reaching an average of EUR 34.5 million.
These figures reflect the LAC’s continued engagement in the efficient administration and resolution of complex international disputes.
