Internally, a number of initiatives have contributed to this success, including the Certified International Specialist (CIS) programme, which promotes skills development, and DHL's Got Heart, which encourages employees to get involved in causes close to their hearts. ‘DHL4All’, another flagship initiative, strengthens diversity and inclusion within the company.
