A new member joins the Arbitration Council of the Luxembourg Arbitration Center

At its meeting on 23 September 2026, the Arbitration Council of the Luxembourg Arbitration Center (LAC) was pleased to welcome the new Bâtonnier (President) of the Luxembourg Bar, Mr Pierre Schleimer.

As ex officio member of the Arbitration Council in his capacity as Bâtonnier, Mr Pierre Schleimer succeeds Mr Albert Moro.

Avocat à la Cour and Partner at A&O Shearman in Luxembourg, Mr Pierre Schleimer specialises the financing and related structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds, real estate finance, as well as cross-border financings and restructurings.

The Arbitration Council is delighted to have Mr Pierre Schleimer among its members and looks forward to his contribution. It also thanks Mr Albert Moro for his commitment throughout his term as Bâtonnier of the Luxembourg Bar.
