In the context of Prime Minister Xavier Bettel’s visit to Israel September 11-13, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce signed a cooperation agreement with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC). As the leading economic organization in Israel and very active promotor of international trade, FICC represents the trade and service sectors, which are the largest sectors in Israel. FICC is the roof organization of six regional Chambers of Commerce: Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Eilat and Nazareth.

After the economic mission in October 2015 and this follow-up, further promotional activities are being planned with the local support of this new partner in Israel as well as with the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office in Tel Aviv.
