MIPIM 2018

The Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to invite you to participate in our Luxembourg Pavilion at MIPIM, the world’s leading property market, which will be held from the 13^th to the 16^th of March 2018 in Cannes.

As one of the largest real estate fairs in Europe, MIPIM brings together the most influential players from all sectors of the international property industry for four days of networking, learning and transaction through premium events, conferences and dedicated exhibition zones. In 2017, MIPIM attracted 3.100 exhibitors and 24.000 participants from more than 100 countries.

During the 29^th edition of the fair, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg will be present for the 13^th consecutive time with a National Pavilion, where Luxembourg companies will have the opportunity to exhibit their services and projects in an “open space” area. The Chamber of Commerce will also organise an Official Reception that will be highlighted by the presence of government officials (details to follow).

If you are interested to exhibit under the umbrella of the Luxembourg National Pavilion, please choose among the 3 different exhibition packages that are proposed by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (see details in the application forms enclosed):

1. The “project model package” for companies exhibiting a project model (17.500€)
2. The “totem package” (13.900€)
3. Or the “sponsoring package” (7.750€).

In each package, one exhibitor pass for the first registered participant of your company is included (value of 980 €). The Chamber of Commerce will take care of the registration of this first participant. Additional exhibitors’ passes must be purchased via a dedicated web link, on the official website of MIPIM. The Chamber of Commerce will provide you with the dedicated link after that we have received your registration. For your information, for the 2018 edition, please note that the price for a visitor pass is 1.755 €, while exhibitor’s passes cost 980 € each.

After choosing the package you want, please return the application form completed by Monday 4^th of December 2017 at the latest to mipim2018@cc.lu or by post. If you have further requirements, the Chamber of Commerce will be glad to assist you to find a customised solution suiting your expectations. As the availability of each of the above mentioned packages is limited, the “first come, first served” rule will be applied.

Besides, we would like to inform you that the applications for MIPIM awards 2018 will be officially opened mid of October. Details will follow in due course.

Due to the high number of requests, I would like to kindly remind you that only official exhibitors are allowed to use the available exhibition space in order to welcome their clients.
