Only five years ago, the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) training courses offered in Luxembourg were mainly aimed at pioneers or a few enthusiasts. Today, they have become a must. “We’ve gone beyond the stage of simply raising awareness,” sums up the CEO of the House of Training Luxembourg, Muriel Morbé. “Training is going much more in-depth, whether for executives who need to define an ESG strategy and integrate it into governance, or for operational professions such as private banking, portfolio management or risk management.”
