Luxembourg is preparing to translate the AI Act into national governance that will have to reconcile two often contradictory imperatives: on the one hand, subsidiarity and sectoral specialisation; on the other, the need to make the architecture “legible and tangible” for economic players. This was the common thread running through the round table devoted to the new governance of the AI Act, this Tuesday 20 January, at the Chamber of Commerce.
