Commercial or not, franchising remains a blind spot in the local ecosystem. By launching the Luxembourg Franchise Association (LuxFA), its president, Malika Lamamra, hopes to make this model a lever for economic growth, while advocating a legal framework adapted to the field.

Officially launched in mid-October, the Luxembourg Franchise Association (LuxFA) describes itself as the country’s first organisation dedicated to the promotion and development of franchising. Its founder and president, Malika Lamamra, who is also managing director of XpandCo (whose core business is franchising), explains the driving forces and advantages of this business model.
