Held annually in Barcelona, this global  gathering serves as a powerful catalyst for enhanced collaboration, visionary idea-exchange, and the creation of new pathways towards more sustainable, technology-driven and inclusive urbanisation

In 2025, Smart City Expo World Congress brought together over 1,100 exhibitors, 25,000 visitors, and 850 cities from all around the world. Luxembourg’s active presence at the event reinforced its role as a European innovation hub, committed to shaping a sustainable future and advancing the green economy.
