The guests of honor are:

- H.E. Mr. HUANG Changqing, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Luxembourg
The reception will take place on Thursday, February 22, 2018, 17:00 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce 7, rue Alcide de Gasperi, Luxembourg and will be followed by Chinese songs performed by the students of International School of Luxembourg (ISL) and a cocktail reception
