Luxembourg remains productive, competitive and attractive, but is losing ground on all three fronts, according to Vincent Hein. At the Economy Day event held on 16 September, the director of the Idea Foundation described a slump that is no longer merely cyclical and called on the government to assess its policies more effectively and to invest any unexpected budget surpluses.
