Parliament has approved funding for space test centre in Kockelscheuer, but hush over expected income raises eyebrows.
The Chamber of Deputies overwhelmingly voted this week to approve the €195.5 million funding for a space test centre, which is set to be one of the main centrepieces of the national space campus project. The vote clears a path to build the centre in Kockelscheuer, but it is not yet known which company, or companies, will build and rent it.
