The Chamber of Commerce would like to inform its members about the recent launch by the European Commission of Apply AI Alliance, a coordination forum bringing together stakeholders and policymakers to advance the discussion on AI policy in strategic EU sectors.

The Apply AI Alliance serves as a digital hub where interested parties have the possibility to engage in sectoral workshops and ongoing dialogue on AI adoption and challenges. The platform is designed as the main contact point between the Commission and the AI community, offering members opportunities to stay informed about AI-related news and events (such as AI Office activities, upcoming AI policies and AI Act news, events of the European Commission and the AI community), and exchange insights through the Community Exchange Platform

The interested organisations can also join the Stakeholders’ Catalogue section of the Apply AI Alliance, which serves as a networking platform, allowing members to share posts about their activities, browse participants by sector and contact with others.

Who can participate?

The Apply AI Alliance is open to all individuals and organisations interested in EU AI policy in strategic sectors.

The Stakeholders’ Catalogue is only open to organisations (i.e. not individual citizens) based in the EEA and Switzerland, such as companies, research & technology organisations, civil society organisations, financial institutions, government or public bodies, social partners and trade unions, university/higher education institutions, organisations representing religious or philosophical communities.

Any company or person interested in sharing its opinion or questions with the Chamber of Commerce on the above-mentioned topic is invited to contact juridique@cc.lu.
