We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Official Trade Mission to Switzerland, led by Ms Stéphanie Obertin, Minister for Digitalisation and Minister for Research and Higher Education.
Switzerland is a key strategic partner for Luxembourg, renowned for its scientific excellence, cutting-edge research institutions and dynamic innovation ecosystem.
Through a rich programme spanning four cities, participants will explore the vibrant innovation hubs of Zurich and Dübendorf, home to world-renowned institutions such as ETH Zurich, EMPA and the Swiss Center for Space and Aviation. The mission will also highlight Basel’s globally recognised life sciences cluster and Lausanne’s rapidly growing space ecosystem, centred around EPFL, one of Europe's foremost science and technology universities.
The mission will provide participants with first-hand insights into Switzerland’s strengths in research, technology transfer and industrial innovation, while fostering business and research partnerships between Luxembourg and Switzerland.
Date: 26-29 October 2026
Place: Zurich, Dübendorf, Basel & Lausanne
The programme will focus on the sectors of healthtech, sustainable construction and space.
