With the creation of the National Purchasing and Logistics Centre due to be voted on by MPs on Thursday, the CGFP is calling for the reform to be withdrawn. A reform strongly criticised by professional chambers across the board.

Bill 8399, creating the National Purchasing and Logistics Centre (CNAL) to guarantee the strategic supply of the healthcare system, is facing a barrage of criticism from professional chambers, which are denouncing a major risk of distortion of competition for the private sector, questioning the financial viability of the structure and strongly opposing its staff coming under private law status.
