The "Bilan Compétitivité" is a publication produced by the Competitiveness Observatory which evaluates the competitiveness of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The "Bilan Compétitivité" covers several subjects related to the competitiveness of Luxembourg. It gives a critical inventory of the Lisbon international benchmarks and structural indicators and provides a Luxembourg Competitiveness Dashboard with regularly updated basic indicators. This Competitiveness Dashboard, the aim of which is to help identify the specific characteristics of Luxembourg, is based on several dozen indicators and also covers social cohesion and the environment. By synthesising all the basic indicators, the Competitiveness Observatory has produced a combined competitiveness indicator which shows the position of Luxembourg in a European context.
