Sonic Visions Music Lab

With Germany, France and Belgium directly bridging some of Europe’s most important markets, Sonic Visions Music Lab connects artists and professionals from the music, IT and creative industries. Workshops, panels and networking events on the pulse of the music industry as well as inspiring keynotes and talks provide everything a musician and music professional needs to make, promote & sell and showcase his music or project today and tomorrow.

Rockhal and Rocklab are thrilled to reveal in collaboration with the Chambre de Commerce Luxembourg the first keynote speakers of this year’s conference program:

Mac Reynolds, Imagine Dragons – Manager
Mac Reynolds manages producers and artists including Grammy-winning rock band Imagine Dragons as a partner in Reynolds Management and practices entertainment law at Reynolds & Associates in Las Vegas. He also serves as Vice Chairman for the Tyler Robinson Foundation, a nonprofit providing support for childhood cancer families. In 2016, he co-founded Night Street Records, an Interscope joint venture whose first artist K.Flay was nominated for two Grammy Awards in 2018 including Best Rock Song.

Pedro Winter, French music producer & DJ (Busy P) and founder of Ed Banger Records
Pedro Winter is a an internationally renowned icon of the electronic scene, awarded with the 'Chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et des lettres' in 2016. Between 1996 and 2008 he was the right-hand man of the Daft Punk duo. In 2003 he created Ed Banger records and launched the careers of Justice, SebastiAn, Breakbot and Uffie. Dj Mehdi, Cassius and Mr Oizo who have joined the label at the very beginning.
Two keynotes that underline the international focus of Sonic Visions Music Lab and highlight some of the main topics that will be discussed this year: artist development & management, funding & revenue streams, entrepreneurship in the music industry.


Besides the 2 keynotes, a program of panels and workshops addresses topics like innovation in music, publishing and Intellectual Property, EU funding for the music industry and promotion for artists. Sonic Visions Music Lab also offers numerous opportunities for discussions and networking with artists and music industry professionals from all over Europe and addresses everyone interested in music or working in the industry from the very first steps of orientation to professionalism. At the same time it does not stop at the edge of its own industry, but reaches out to tech and the creative industries, addressing the latest trends, developments and innovations, talking about the synergies and identifying the enablers that might shape the future.
